THE IMPORTANT OF EATING FRUITS AND VEIGE

Fruits and vegetables are essential to a healthy diet because they are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which provide a number of health benefits. Fruits are a popular food because of their inherent sweetness and eye-catching hues. Fiber also has an effect on normal digestion as it adds volume to the stool, thus helping to prevent constipation and promote regular bowel movements. Therefore, consume fruits and vegetables that are rich in fiber to maintain your body's stability.

The nutrients included in green vegetables like spinach, kale, and cabbage help to maintain strong bones by providing vitamin K and calcium.
